What if I need to move the appointment?

Tell us as early as you can, via the contact page, by email or by telephone. Moving an appointment costs you nothing. We look for another time with you.

The earlier we hear from you, the easier it is to give your slot in our schedule to someone else.

If we have to move the appointment ourselves, for instance because of the weather, we tell you and propose a new day. We charge nothing for it.
