Do I need to be home when you come?

No, you do not need to be at home for outdoor work. That applies to all our outdoor services, as long as we can get to the work and the gate is open.

Keep pets indoors on the day. Also make sure we have clear access, so no car parked against the facade and no closed-off side path. For pressure-washer work we also need access to an outside tap.

When the work is finished, we let you know with a message, a photo or a note on the door.

If the job also includes windows on the inside, someone does need to be at home. In that case, we choose a time together.
