From windows to driveway, everything clean again

Yes. You always get a reply, even if the answer is no. We reply by email, by telephone or on WhatsApp, in the same way you yourself contacted us.

A no has one of two reasons. The address is outside our service area, or the work you asked for is not part of our services. We tell you which of the two it is, so that you can turn to someone else straight away.

Yes. As part of window cleaning, we do the glass, the frames, the sills and the rubber seals around the glass. If the inside is in the quote, we do that too.

Anything that is not directly part of the window is not included. We clean roller shutters and conservatories as separate services.

If the frames are very dirty and cleaning them would take longer, we check with you first. If we see damage or weathering, we tell you.

Let us know via the contact page, by email or by telephone. Include a photo, say which window it is, and whether the smear is on the inside or the outside.

We look at the photo and tell you what caused it. Often the smear is on the inside, while only the outside was cleaned. Condensation, dew or rain can also leave drops that look like smears.

After that, we agree with you on what happens next.

No, you do not need to be at home for outdoor work. That applies to all our outdoor services, as long as we can get to the work and the gate is open.

Keep pets indoors on the day. Also make sure we have clear access, so no car parked against the facade and no closed-off side path. For pressure-washer work we also need access to an outside tap.

When the work is finished, we let you know with a message, a photo or a note on the door.

If the job also includes windows on the inside, someone does need to be at home. In that case, we choose a time together.

Yes, we work all year round, winter included. In any season, you can request any service we offer, and that includes work on a facade or a roof.

If the weather does not allow us to work safely or properly, we tell you and propose a new day. We charge nothing for it.
