Are the frames and the sills included?

Yes. As part of window cleaning, we do the glass, the frames, the sills and the rubber seals around the glass. If the inside is in the quote, we do that too.

Anything that is not directly part of the window is not included. We clean roller shutters and conservatories as separate services.

If the frames are very dirty and cleaning them would take longer, we check with you first. If we see damage or weathering, we tell you.
